Modern production equipment needs compressed air. The many conditions in which it is used range from untreated blowing air to absolutely dry, oil free and sterile compressed air. The impurities in our atmosphere are usually invisible to the naked eye. However, they can seriously impede the reliable operation of a pneumatic system and consumer devices. Impurities also have an adverse effect on the quality of products.
Line Filters
Most Compressed air systems will benefit from the installation of line filters to remove solid particles down to 1 micron and oil vapour down to 0.01 micron. We can supply filters for the following purposes. We can supply products from Boge, Hi Line and MTA.
- General Purpose 1 micron
- Oil Removal 0.01 micron
- Activated – Carbon Oil vapour
- Sterile – food and medical use
Desiccant Dryers
Desiccant dryers can remove water down to a dew point of -80 degrees C if sized correctly, with the correct line filters produce ISO 8573.1..2010 class 1.1.1 air quality.
We can supply products from Boge, Walker, Hi Line and MTA.
Refrigerant Dryers
Refrigerant dryers are the most commonly used compressed air dryer, producing a dew point of 3 degrees C. This is adequate for most uses and with a general purpose 1 micron and oil removal 0.01 micron line filters, produce air quality to ISO 8573.1..2010 class 1.4.1.
We can supply products from Boge, Hi Line and MTA.
Cyclonic Water Separators
These provide the perfect protection for your compressed air system in the event of dryer failure or to reduce the work load for your dryer.
We can supply products from Boge, Walker, Hi Line and MTA.
- Removes up to 99% of bulk water
- Very low maintenance costs
- Simple to install
- Efficient automatic float drain
- Robust aluminium housing
- Powder coated
- Range Flows from 32 to 705 cfm
Oil Water Separators
Our range of Sterling Oil Water Separators can handle the condensate from compressors up to 1000 cfm.
With routine servicing this will ensure the condensate you discharge is free from contaminants.
Condensate Drain
Condensate drains are designed to remove condensate from building up in filter housings and air receivers. They are available as:
- Nil Loss Drain (low Air usage)
- Timed Solenoid Valve
- Pneumatic (No power needed)
